How to reserve a conference?

Think about the theme, the month and the best time of day for your conference.
 
Then fill in the fields in the "Form to fill out" section.
Enter the chosen theme in ''Theme of the conference'' For example, Conference - Sport.

For the month and the best time of the day, you just have to specify it in your message.
Finally, tell us why you would like to organize a conference. The more information you share with us, the better!

* PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 11 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
* THE CONFERENCES ARE OFFERED EACH FRIDAY OF THE MONTH.
* THE REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ACTIVITY IS HELD.
